The King’s Church in Didcot is a welcoming community of about 150 people from Didcot and the surrounding towns and villages.
God is love (1 John 4:8)
Everyone is welcome to explore God’s love and join with us.
We don’t have our own building, and are now meeting at Aureus Seconday School, Candytuft Way, Didcot OX11 6FF. You can also stream the services online (details on our website). We also meet in homes for Midweek Communities in the week. About a third of our congregation is under the age of 18 and we have a creche, a children’s group and a youth group to support our growing church family.
Jesus said the most important thing in life was to love God and to love people (Matthew 22:37-40). We want to be a community that’s known for loving God and loving others.
We believe that we need to do this by three things:
Loving God – each of us experiencing God’s love for ourselves and growing to be more like Jesus.
Build Church – caring, encouraging, challenging and loving each other as we grow together as God’s family.
Reach Out – taking the love of God that we have experienced to those who haven't yet experienced it in our communities.
Everyone is welcome to explore God’s love and join with us.
